The majority of the art pieces are carefully handcrafted, and hand painted with love from one of the owners – Pepi Kogia – and selected items are placed carefully in every corner that reflect taste and homely ambiance. Open the main door and find yourself in the impressive living room with the views to the swimming pool and the Aegean sea. Relax at the comfortable sofas and dine with style at the outdoor dining table where 10 people can enjoy their meals without missing the dreamy allure and the beautiful view. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utilities.

Bedrooms.

On the Ground Floor of the building we find two of the master bedrooms, all with access to the gardens – pool and unobstructed views to the sea! On the First floor you can find 3 more spacious Sea view bedrooms with private balconies. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower, Desk, Hairdryer, Closets with indoor Lighting, Full body Mirror, Reading lights, Blackout Curtains, Air condition, Premium Amenities, Safe Deposit Box, Free Wifi and Satellite TV with Netflix.

Laundry & Storage Rooms.

Soleila premises include an independent laundry room and a storage room. An outdoor shower is also conveniently located next to the swimming pool.
